2024 children’s Day: APC bigwig Dr Dada celebrates Children in Ekiti

… says they are the leaders of tomorrow.

An All Progressives Congress stalwart from Ido Osi Local Government, Dr Ayodeji Dada has advocated better welfare packages for the children in the country as a way of preparing them for the future.

Speaking on the occasion of this year Children Day Celebration, Dr Dada noted that the welfare and right of children should not be downplayed in the society as they represent the future and glory of the nation.

He harped on the need for legislators both at the state and federal levels to always promote child right and protect the vulnerable groups.

“I Congratulate parents and children in the state for witnessing the annual designated day and I equally want to advise the parents to ensure adequate training of their children at this contemporary age when the influence of crime, internet, vices and abuses is rife”.

“Children are like buds in a garden and should be carefully and lovingly nurtured, as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow,” Dr Dada said.

According to the APC Stalwart “we often say that children are the future of the country, It is the duty of all of us to safeguard this future and ensure its proper upbringing”

Dr Dada stated that today’s children have technology and a lot of information and knowledge, noting that it is the responsibility of all of us to guide them in the right direction.

He also counselled parents to always give maximum support to teachers and government at all levels so as to make the moulding of the lives of their children a joint model.
