EKSG promises better working condition for University workers

The Deputy Governor of Ekiti State Okinlua Monisade Afuye has promised the state government’s readiness to continue to be responsive in providing needed assistance at the tertiary level of education in the state.

Okinlua Afuye made the promise in Ado while receiving an award of Excellence from Senior Staff Club of Bamidele Olumilua University of Science and Technology Ikere Ekiti.

According to the Deputy Governor the vision of Governor Biodun Oyebanji was to make the University a citadel of learning that can earn international recognition.

Okinlua Afuye promised that the state government would not derail on the vision that could guarantee success for the university.

While dedicating her award to Ekiti people the Deputy Governor promised to rededicate herself to the cause of Ekiti development.

She thanked the Group for recognizing her efforts while serving as a member of the Governing Board of BOUESTI in the last administration.

The President , BOUESTI Senior Staff Club, Mr Sunday Alonge, described the honour as well deserved, saying the Deputy Governor, is a woman of substance who has outstanding love for the university.
