…..says Ekiti indigenes in Cabinet political have done creditably well.
An indigenous group in the diaspora, Ekiti Kete Coalition USA has described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a pragmatic, visionary, detribalised and focus leader delivering on his mandates through deliberate people oriented policies and programmes in the country.
The President of the group, Mr Joe Olugbamila while speaking on the occasion of the first anniversary of President Tinubu in office, stated that through deliberate policies embarked upon by President Tinubu- led administration, Nigeria had witnessed unprecedented transformation in all the critical sectors of the economy.
He scored the APC led- government high in the areas of infrastructural development, agricultural revolution and human capital development through it various people Oriented polices and programmes.
“There is no gainsaying that Nigeria is fortunate at the moment to have a leader that is pragmatic, visionary and focused to deliver on his mandates through policies and programmes capable of changing the socio-economic status of the people especially, the youths.
“This informed our decision to come in our numbers today, to show our solidarity in our unwavering commitment to nation building ,” Olugbamila stated
Mr Olugbamila also said it was necessary to applaud Political office holders who are in the President’s cabinet for their support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
He singled out the Senate leader, Senator Opeyemi Bamidele who is representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District and the Minister of Solid Minerals, Mr Dele Alake for their doggedness and efforts to ensure Ekiti State was not left out in the share of the dividend of democracy in the one year of President Tinubu in office.
“I want to salute our representatives from Ekiti who are in Asiwaju’s cabinet especially our two leaders who are doing a yeo man job and ensure that what is due to Ekiti indigenes home and abroad got to them”.
The President, commended other political office holders from the state adding that history and posterity will not forget their labour of service to the State.
The Secretary of the Association, Hajia Opeyemi Oni while acknowledging the various achievements of the President within a year called on Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to continue to support the Asiwaju Tinubu administration in his quest to transforming and changing the lives of the people.
She expressed optimism that at the end of the first four years of the present administration, Nigerians would have felt the positive impact of the administration.
Hajia Opeyemi prayed for the success of the present administration and encourage political office holders in the country to internalize all the various people’s Oriented policies of President Tinubu to help all Nigerians enjoy the benefits of the APC.
