The Chairman of Ado North Local Council Development Area, Hon. Olatokunbo Gbadamosi has congratulated Muslims, especially in the LCDA for witnessing another season of Ramadan.
Hon. Gbadamosi, in a statement in Ado Ekiti, described Ramadan as “The glory of all months in the Islamic calendar”, and one of the five pillars of Islam that Muslims must adhere to, in line with the injunction of the Almighty Allah.
She noted that Ramadan, offers an opportunity to draw closer to Allah and deepen relationship with him, in submission to his will.
The Ado North LCDA Chairman, urged Muslims to use the period to pray for relative peace in the LCDA, Ekiti State and Nigeria at large.
She restated the commitment of the LCDA’s authority to be of assistance to Muslims during the holy month.
