An indigene of KOTA Ekiti, in Ekiti East local government area and Convener of AK Movement, Mr Akeem Bello, says he is committed to the promotion of the well being of his people.
He made the remarks during the Free Health Programme he organized for residents of Ekiti East Constituency 2.
The event was held at KOTA Ekiti.
Mr Bello said that the move was to align with the good Health policy of the Biodun Oyebanji Administration and the renewed hope agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
He said that his mission was to provide quality health care for the people of the Constituency and to also educate them on how to manage their health conditions so that they could live a better life.
Mr Bello promised that the Programme would be made a regular one so that many people would benefit from it.
Some of the beneficiaries of the Programme thanked Mr Akeem Bello for giving them the opportunity to receive Medicare free of charge.
The services rendered during the Programme included blood sugar and blood pressure checks, malaria and typhoid tests and distribution of relevant drugs for those in need.
