The Court of Appeal, sitting in Ado Ekiti, has dismissed the appeal brought before it by Engineer Kayode Ojo on the premise that the Court cannot invoke Section 15 of the Court of Appeal Act which is to the effect that it can no longer assume the original jurisdiction of the lower court.
Ojo is challenging the victory of Hon Biodun Oyebanji in the January 27 Primary election of the All Progressives Congress in Ekiti State.
