President Muhammadu Buhari has directed Ministers seeking Elective offices to resign their appointment before next Monday the 16th.
The Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Ameachi, his Education counterpart, Chukwemeka Nwajuba, Labour, Chris Ngige, Niger Delta, Godswill Akpabio and host of others had shown interest to contest the Presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress APC.
The directive however excluded the vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo as he was an elected member of the Federal Executive Council
