In the spirit of the season, Members of the Ekiti online Market have visited the children ward of the State University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, to present gifts to the patients.
The Coordinator of the Organization, Mrs Jane Adeyemo, said the initiative was to support the office of the Ekiti First Lady, Dr Olayemi Abiodun-Oyebanji.
The members, in company of father Christmas and Ben 10, were at the children emergency ward and the children ward of the hospital.
They distributed gifts as they wished the children merry Christmas and quick recovery.
Mrs Adeyemo, who said that the role of children in a family coud not be overemphasized, said they needed all the attention and care, particularly, during this period.
She said that the motive was to support the governor’s wife’s concern for the children.
The Coordinator of the group said that the organization would continue to strive to better humanity.
The children thanked the group for reaching out to them.
