An Ado Ekiti Magistrate Court has ordered the remand of one Bande Abdulahi at the Nigerian Correctional Centre, Ado Ekiti.
Bande was suspected to have kidnapped one Mr. Adebusuyi Ebenezer along Ilawe/Erijiyan Ekiti road on 22nd of April, this year.
Magistrate Abdulhameen Lawal who granted the order said this would allow the Police Prosecutor, Inspector Oriyomi Adewale forward the duplicate case file to office Director of Public Prosecutions for legal advice.
The matter was subsequently adjourned to the 15th of this month for mention.
