Eid-el Kabir : APC stalwart Dr Dada congratulates Muslims.

By: Sunday Daramola

As Muslims across the world mark the 2024 Eid-el-Kabir, an APC Stalwart in Ido Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti state, Dr Ayodeji Ayodele Dada has called on Nigerians to shun acts capable of disrupting the unity, and peaceful co-existence of the country.

Dr Dada in a statement made available to newsmen on Saturday evening congratulated Muslims in his Constituency and Nigeria in general saying that no meaningful achievements could be attained in an atmosphere devoid of peace and unity.

“This is another opportunity for us as brothers and sisters to enjoy this year’s Eid-el Kabir and it behoves on us to live in harmony, because it is only when we allow peace in our country that we as a people and one nation in brotherhood can move forward in every sector “. he said.

Dr Dada also urged them to continue to exhibit love towards their fellow human beings and to dedicate themselves to service of humanity as exhibited by Prophet Ibrahim.

He urged Muslims to use the occasion of the Eid-El-Kabir to pray for the peace, progress and economic emancipation of the country.

“I want to implore My Muslim brothers and sisters not to see the Eld-El-Kabir period as mere merry making time alone, but as a period to intercede for the country through fervent prayers and commitment towards making Nigeria great again.

He also urged the faithful to pray for the safe return of Nigerians from Mecca where they performed this year’s hajj, as well as the recovery of the Nation’s economy and peaceful coexistence in Ekiti state and the country.
