The Ekiti State House of Assembly has felicitated the Muslims in the State over the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr festival.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti, the Chairman of the House Committee on Media and Publicity, Hon Yemisi Ayokunle implored Muslim faithfuls to continue to imbibe the spirit of love and giving that characterized the month of Ramadan.
The Media and Publicity Chairman said that the Assembly shared in the joy of the muslims for witnessing the end of another Ramadan and enjoined them to celebrate moderately with hindsight on Covid-19 protocols as directed by the Government.
While praying Allah to keep sustaining muslims to witness more celebrations, the Assembly admonished them to continue to give their unflinching support and prayers to the Dr Kayode Fayemi led administration so that the government can keep recording more successes.
