Ekiti State House of Assembly has summoned the Chairman of Ikere Local Government Area, Mr Oluwafemi Ayodele to the House for more explanation on his role in the viral video currently in the circulation .
The Speaker, Mr Adeoye Aribasoye who announced the decision of the house under matter of urgent public importance said the House had directed Committee on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs to immediately invite him to the house to hear his side of the story in the spirit of fairness.
Also the House at the plenary adopted Ekiti State Medium Term Expenditure Frame work (MTEF) 2024/2026 documents as presented by the Governor Biodun Oyebanji.
The motion for the adoption was moved by the majority Leader, Mr Tolulope Ige and seconded by member representing Oye 2 Mr ldowu Odebunmi.
