An Ekiti State high court in Ado presided over by justice Olalekan Olatawura has sentenced one Ojo Adebayo to life imprisonment for rapping a minor.
He was said to have committed the offence against a nine year old in October 2021 at Ilogbo Ekiti..
The Director of Public Prosecutions, JULIUS AJIBARE who prosecuted the case for the State government called 5 witnesses and tendered 2 Exhibits in proving the case beyond reasonable doubt.
In a related development, another State High Court presided over by Justice Olusegun Ogunyemi, sentenced one Aina Samuel to life imprisonment for raping of a 5 year old girl.
The convict is a next door neighbour ot the parent of the victim.
