Players and officials of Ekiti United fc have arrived Ado-Ekiti safely after last weekend’s NNL match against Dynamite fc of Edo state.
The team headed by coach Ayodeji Ayeni arrived on Monday evening.
The team on (Tuesday) morning resumed training at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado Ekiti.
Head coach, Ayodeji Ayeni said the team must put the painful 1 nil loss to Dynamite fc behind them and move on to strategize on how to win subsequent matches .
The players on their path are good to go again having played well in last weekend’s match.
Speaking with EUfc, the team nurse, Toyin Babatunde said there were no injury worries in the camp of Ekiti United fc saying the players and officials strictly adhered with the Covid19 protocols before, during and after the match against Dynamite fc.
She urged the players and officials to keep safe always for them not to be exempted from subsequent league matches due to covid-19 .
Ekiti United will on Sunday February 21 return to the pitch to play their week 2 match at the Oluyemi Kayode Stadium in Ado-Ekiti against Delta Force fc.
