ISOKAN LOCAL COUNCIL DEVELOPMENT, IFAKI EKITI, EKITI STATE
INVITATION TO TENDER
1.0 INTRODUCTION
As part of its efforts to bring the dividends of democracy to the grassroots, Isokan Local Council Development Area is in the process of executing another round of Projects. In view of this, suitably qualified and interested companies/contractors are hereby invited to submit tender in respect of the following projects:
Construction of 50m block/block line drainage at Aaye-Ekiti.
Construction of 80m block/block line drainage at temidire str. Ifisin-Ekiti.
Construction of security house, purchase and installation of gate at the entrance with access slab at the LCDA secretariat, Ifaki-Ekiti.
ELIGIBILITY
Interested Companies/Contractors are requested to submit the listed documents which will be used as the criteria for technical evaluation of all bids:
Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
Evidence of registration of the Company with Isokan Local Council Development Area
Evidence of registration of the Company with the Bureau of Local Content
iv. Evidence of the Company’s 3years Tax Clearance
Evidence of the Company’s Financial Capability to handle the project or letter of Assurance from the Company’s banker.
Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company/Contractor, to be accompanied by the letter of Award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
Evidence of payment of Development fee
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Company shall collect tender form/ document from the Procurement Office of Isokan LCDA Secretariat, upon the payment of ₦50,000.00 non-refundable tender fee into Isokan LCDA IGR account First Midas microfinance bank, A/c no: 1100029235.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Completed technical and financial bids shall be submitted in a sealed brown envelop clearly showing the Description of the Project, and Name of the Contractor on top of the envelope addressed to the Chairman, Isokan Local Council Development Area and any bid submitted not in Compliance with this notice will be rejected or returned.
CLOSING DATE
Submission of tender bid shall be closed by 12.00 noon, Friday 26th July 2024.
OPENNING OF BID AND VENUE
Completed bid documents Submitted by the Contractors shall be publicly opened by 12.00pm on Monday 29th July, 2024 at procurement department, Isokan LCDA. Tenderers or their representatives and other members of the general public are all invited to witness opening of the bids.
