The mother of a five year old blessing, who is unable to see, Mrs Grace Terry has appealed to the Ekiti State Government and public spirited individual to help in raising five hundred thousand naira to correct the vision of her daughter.
Mrs Terry who made the appeal in an interview in ado said blessing who was not born blind started having issues with her vision when she clocked one.
She said she had taken blessing to various Hospitals before the Afe Babalola multisystem Hospital in Ado where she was diagnosed of having water where her eyes connected with her brain, which is distorting her visibility.
The private school teacher said her husband who is a farmer has tried all he could to raise thirty thousand naira out of five hundred thousand naira for the proposed surgery to restore the sight of their daughter and appealed to Nigerians to come to their aid.
