The Nigeria Union of Journalists, BSES Chapel, extends heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Bosede Falade and Mr. Layi Oyawa on their appointments as the General Manager of Hope FM, Ilesa, Osun State, and the General Manager of Adanimogo FM, Ido-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Mrs. Bosede Falade, a former Secretary of NAWOJ, B Zone, is a distinguished journalist and a dedicated professional known for her meticulous approach to journalism. Her extensive experience and commitment make her a perfect fit for this leadership role at Hope FM.
Mrs. Falade began her career in the old Ondo State with the Ondo State Radiovision Corporation (OSRC) and was deployed to Ekiti State upon its creation in 1996.
She served in various capacities in the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State (BSES) until her retirement. Notably, she held several Union positions, including Secretary of the Nigerian Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) at both the National and State levels.
Mr. Layi Oyawa, a brilliant and seasoned professional, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at Adanimogo FM. His appointment is a testament to his outstanding career and dedication to the broadcasting industry.
Both Mrs. Falade and Mr. Oyawa recently retired from the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State (BSES) after completing the mandatory thirty-five years of service. They have been valued members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, BSES Chapel, throughout their careers.
Their new roles are well-deserved, and we are confident that they will excel as they continue to contribute to the growth and development of the broadcasting industry.
