The Federation of Ikole Student Union under the leadership of Mr Kayode Ogunlade has honoured the commissioner for finance in Ekiti state Mr Akíntúndé Oyebode and the Ajoni LCDA chairman Prince Michael Ogungbemi with an award of Excellence.
Mr Ogunlade explained that the two shortlisted member of the progressives party in the local government were identified and selected through an assessment done by the leadership of the union.
He said that the Prince Ogungbemi was honoured due to his outstanding performance among his colleagues while the commissioner was awarded for his impressive leadership styles and service to the state.
The award recipents Prince Ogungbemi and Mr Oyebode appreciated the student union leaders for counting them worthy of the award.
They promised to continue in their service to humanity and work closely with the youths in providing direction and to promote entrepreneurship on human capacity building and Job creation.
