The outgoing Ekiti Head of Service, Mr Sunday Komolafe, has handed over the baton of office to his successor, Dr Folakemi Olomojobi.
At a brief ceremony held in his office in Ado, Mr Komolafe urged the incoming HOS to carefully study the hand over document to guide her in the smooth take over as the head of the state’s Public Service.
He encouraged her to regard herself as mother to all and give her best at all times.
Mr Komolafe thanked the Ekiti State Governor for the opportunity to serve, saying he would ever be ready to offer any advice when needed.
The incoming HOS, Dr Folakemi Olomojobi, said that she regarded the elevation as a call to service and promised to give her best.
Earlier, two members of the State Management Committee of the State Public Service, Mr Tokunbo Alokan and Mrs Akindele congratulated Mr Komolafe on his retirement and promised the cooperation of the entire Public Service to the incoming Head of Service, Dr Fola Kemi Olomojobi
Dr Olomojobi will be sworn in by Governor Biodun Oyebanji on Tuesday
