PEPC: OYEBANJI HAILS JUDGEMENT, DESCRIBES IT AS VICTORY FOR DEMOCRACY

Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji has hailed the judiciary for upholding the truth by affirming the victory of President Bola Tinubu as the authentic winner of the February 25 presidential election.

The Governor made this known while speaking with Newsmen shortly after the 5-member panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja led by Justice Haruna Tsammani delivered its judgement that nullifies the petitions of the Labour Party Candidate, Peter Obi, that of the People’s Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Allied People’s Movement (AVM).

Governor Oyebanji said the described the ruling as a victory for the sustenance of the nation’s democracy as it reflected whom the person whom the Nigerians voted for as their president, saying the judiciary has again attests to the fact that it is the last hope of He said ” I congratulate Nigerians for this judgement.
