The Head coach of Ekiti United Football Club, Mr Ayodeji Ayeni has said that the level of preparedness in the camp of the Ekiti State owned football team is very high, saying that the management, Coaches and players are ready for the challenge ahead.
He said the impressive results in the various pre-season matches played by Ekiti United FC were indications that the team was mentally and physically prepared to give their teams contesting in the NNL this season a run for their money.
On the recruitment of players, Coach Ayeni maintained that, “All the needed vacuum had been filled”. He said screening of players had closed having begun screening exercise since November last year.
He assured that the coaching crew was intensifying efforts at ensuring cohesion and understanding among both the old and new legs in the team.
