During the last general election in Nigeria, a beacon of hope emerged for those who have long yearned for an inclusive electoral process. A law was enacted, empowering the electoral umpire, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, with the responsibility of making voting accessible and easy for people with disabilities. It aimed to bridge the gap and ensure that no one is left behind.
