Agitators for the Yoruba Nation in Ekiti state are currently converging on the Fajuyi Area of Ado Ekiti.
The handful demonstrators in their numbers, both male and female were seen standing in groups discussing the proposed rally.
As at the 9:58am the musical band of the Agitators was on ground while some of the demonstrators were hanging around.
Earlier heavy security presence was reported around Fajuyi area.
The security personnel included, men of the police forces, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, Amotekun corps and Peace corp
At about 6:15am the personnel were already on ground at the proposed venue for rally of the Yoruba nation agitators.
Though the purpose of the joint security forces at the venue as at the time of filling this report as to weather to provide cover for or against the agitators was unknown, it was apparently to forestall any breakdown of law and order.
While some of the security men were stationed at the entrance of the Fajuyi pavilion and the state government house, others were at the Adunni Olayinka Busstop.
In the meantime normal activities was on going at the area as at the time of this report.
