A former member of the House of Representatives, from Ekiti North Federal Constituency one, Bimbo Daramola says that his decision to seek re-election was informed by his desire and commitment to correct the ills of representation in the constituency and love for his people.
The Ex-lawmaker who is seeking reelection under the Social Democratic Party made the assertion while addressing journalists in Ado.
He said representation in the area since he left the National Assembly in 2015 had taken a back seat, adding that returning a ranking member to the house of representatives would bring good tidings to the constituency.
Daramola urged electorate to judge him by his works in 2011 to 2015 and give him their votes in the coming general Elections.
He recalled his activities during the period to include, free medical outreach, empowerment to his constituents even beyond, provision of potable water through boreholes and facilitating employment for youths among others.
The former lawmaker advised the people of Oye and Ikole to reminisce of his past achievements and send him back to the National Assembly.
Daramola concluded that he was not desperate to go back to the House of Representatives, but for his love for the people and passion to see his area developed.
