The Joseph and Oreoluwa Agbomoagan foundation has again distributed food items and cash to some selected aged people in Ikere Ekiti.
The foundation powered by a lawyer and an indigene of Ikere Ekiti, Mr Lugard Agbomoagan said the gesture was to put smiles of the faces of the Elderly citizens, particularly during the festive season.
Mr Agbomoagan who spoke to the beneficiaries via online asked for their prayers as he would continue to strive to ensure elderly citizens in the community live happily.
He dispelled insinuations that the donations was for political gains, saying all he requested of them was their prayer at all times.
The clergy in charge of Ebenezer African Church, Akoniloge, Ven Babatunde Ojo in a short message commended the foundation for reaching out to the elderly at this period.
He recalled that Mr Agbomoagan had been a benefactor to his church as he sponsored the Jamb fees of about 100 students.
Two of the members of the Nigeria Bar Association NBA Ikere branch Mrs Florence Olayemi and Mr Samson Aina who came to solidarise with their lawyer friend Agbomoagan lauded him for the gesture.
The Joseph and Oreoluwa Agbomoagan foundation had on April this year distributed cash and food items to the aged in the community.
