BSES to run 15 hours on startimes

The management of the Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State (BSES), owners of Ekiti Television and Ekiti 91.5FM wishes to inform the general public that the signal of EKTV has been improved upon on STARTIMES Channel 113.

In a statement, the General Manager of the station, Mr Olu Popoola says that EKTV will run unhindered transmission from morning till evening daily on STARTIMES, while terrestrial broadcasting and that of Ekiti 91.5FM will be limited to morning and evening periods till the power supply to the station is fixed.

Mr Olu Popoola thanked Governor Biodun Oyebanji for his intervention in connecting the station to the National Grid after about 25years of its establishment.

He also appealed to the station’s customers, viewers and listeners to show understanding at this trying period occasioned by the skyrocketing cost of diesel
