A victory for the Manchester team will give them the trophy for the third time on a row.
In other Matches, Chelsea will be entertaining already relegated Watford at Stamford in the last match of the season.
Elsewhere at the Emirate Stadium Arsenal FC who will be hosting relegated escapee Everton will be relying on a slip from North London Rivals Tottenham Hotspur who will be visiting Carrow Road against Norwich city to qualify for next season Champions League.
Crystal Palace will be slugging it out with Manchester United in a must win for the Red Devil’s if they are to play in the second tier European tournament next season.
